Please make sure to provide your insurance status correctly when making an appointment with us to help prevent billing errors.

In Germany, there are two health insurance systems: With public health insurance (i.e. Techniker, BIG, AOK, Barmer Ersatzkasse among others), our services are billed directly to the insurance company. In case of a private health insurance (i.e. Gothaer, Hallesche, Central, Victoria, Axa, Inter among others), the patient is billed and settles the account with the insurance company.

If you are uncertain about your insurance status, please ask our staff when making an appointment or, if making an appointment online, your insurance company.

Please be on time for appointments made online!

Unfortunately, in the past many patients did not attend appointments made online. Therefore, we hereby inform you that failure to attend an appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 35 €.

Appointments made online can be cancelled up until one day before the appointment either online or with a phone call.

If you need an earlier appointment, please call us.

We would like to ask you to schedule for your  annual gynaecological preventive medical check-up at least 6-7 weeks in advance.
